This machine adopts vertical type electro-slag welding, which can weld the inner baffle and around plates more reliably. There are CONSUMABLE NOZZLE type and WIRE ELECTRODE type ESW. For consumable nozzle type, it has the advantages of simple operation, low investment and high usage cost. While, for wire electrode, its operation is very complicate, investment is larger and usage cost is lower.
